The SituationA 14×14 rolling steel door at a warehouse near I-595 in Davie (33314) jammed half-open, blocking a loaded dock. Operations were halted and trucks were queuing.
On-Site Diagnosis
Counterbalance spring barrel fractured; chain hoist movement jammed.
Curtain guides fine; bottom bar intact; safety edges functional.
